Field Service Engineer - Job-Offer

We currently offer the employment opportunity for a field service engineer. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will work closely with a team of service engineers, sales professionals and application specialists for the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of a specialised range of the company's cutting-edge equipment throughout U.A.E. In this role, you will also liaise close with technicians who are end-users of the equipment.

The role will cover direct marketing and sales of all the companies products; strategic input to the development of the Anti-Shoplifting and other shop-related security items; awareness raising through newsletters and PR; key account management for major clients; and building strategic relationships.

You will have a minimum of 3 years proven track record of marketing and sales of similar types of products in the U.A.E., up to Management level.

You will have the flexibility to work in your own, or as part of a team, with the ability to take the lead when required. You would be assited by back-office Sales Admin as well as an experienced Project Management and Technical Team.

Technical Sales Administrator (back office)

As a back-office Technical Sales Administrator, you will be mainly assisting our Key Account- and Sales Managers in providing quotations, drafting technical or commercial letters and keeping back-office customer contact. Full training on all of FutureLink´s products will be provided to enable you to perform the above tasks in a professional manner.

The successful candidate should be a graduate with a commercial or technical degree and have good customer service skills. Excellent written and oral business Communication Skills are a pre-requisite. Experience in Sales of Security Products is advantageous but not essential.
